As we are preparing for the first meeting of the new year, please allow me to remind you that effective January 1^st, 2012 we have to renew our membership for the current fiscal year.  As this organization is extending the cycle of the business in order to serve better the membership it is imperative that our membership reach the amount of $ 35.00 dollars effective immediately. This motion the administration is prepared to bring to the board during Monday’s meeting. Before any decision I would like to ask your opinion as what do you think and if you believe that the amount is fair or not.
